Otsuka Maryland Medicinal Laboratories, Inc. (OMML) is part of the Otsuka Group (Otsuka).

OMML was the first Otsuka research facility established in the U.S. Originally named Maryland Research Laboratories, it opened in 1985.

OMML is focused on innovative basic and applied research to support global clinical studies and engaging in drug discovery in conjunction with Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. in Japan. OMML is dedicated to discovering and supporting innovative healthcare products that address unmet medical needs in various therapeutic areas.
