Bristol-Myers Squibb, which co-develops and co-promotes ABILIFY. We have also positioned ourselves for the commercialization of several other important products.
In 2007, OAPI merged with Meretek Diagnostics, Inc. to form the
Meretek Diagnostics Group under the Medical Device Division of OAPI.
OAPI-Meretek is the distributor of the
BreathTekTM
Urea Breath Test (UBT) for H.pylori 3. In addition, in 2008, Otsuka acquired the rights to
IV Busulfex®
(busulfan)4 from
PDL
