With more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Brian is a strategic leader focused on advancing access to innovative therapies and helping teams navigate complex challenges across the healthcare landscape. He is passionate about bringing people together around a shared purpose, developing future leaders, and creating the conditions for organizations to make a meaningful difference for patients and their families.

At Otsuka, Brian serves as Interim Vice President, Market Access and Channel Strategy, leading efforts to expand patient access to therapies across the company’s CNS, nephrology, immunology, and rare disease portfolios.

Throughout his career, Brian has led high-performing organizations across market access, pricing and contracting, patient services, trade and commercial operations. His experience spans complex healthcare environments, where cross-functional collaboration, thoughtful problem-solving and a focus on the needs of patients and stakeholders are essential to achieving meaningful outcomes.

Brian earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University. He has been recognized throughout his career with multiple leadership and performance awards, including the CEO Recognition Award and President’s Circle of Excellence.
