    Our Sales Development Program

    Otsuka has a field sales development program, ReadyNow, for those interested in pharmaceutical sales, but who may not have any previous experience in it. While a bachelor’s degree from a college or university and 2-5 years of postgraduate business experience is expected, a lack of sales experience does not have to be a barrier to start.
